BharatBenz 2823C tipper isn’t different in appearance to its other sibling, as the cabin is the same on all the HDT tippers. The familiar factory fitted yellow cabin, the nicely built front facia with the logo and clean grill make it look quite attractive. The tipping body is also well designed and adds a distinctive pleasing angles making the tipper looks quite contemporary.

BharatBenz 2823C, is a multi-axle, 10-tyre tipper that gets a day cabin with foldable berth, and the tipper body is 16 CuM to carry heavy, strong material easily. The overall length is 7185/7485 (RMC), width 2490 and height of 2955 mm in cabin and body type; the wheelbase is 4275 mm. A customer can choose either radial, nylon and mining tyre as per the application need. The chassis is (D X W X T) 288 x 70 x 9 in mm. The diesel fuel tank is 180L and the Adblue tank is 43L.

Interior

The 2823C gets the modern cabin design with all the safety elements. It offers the driver an ideal truck to in mining or infra projects where the atmosphere isn’t always friendlier. The driver and co-passenger seats are comfortable, and a functional dashboard with all the functions, and control to operate the tipper effectively. To offer an affordable variant of 2823C with a day cabin with similar comfort and safety. Performance

BharatBenz 2823C HDT tipper gets the OM 926 BS6 engine with a maximum power of 241hp, at peak 850 Nm of torque tuned to the 6-speed gearbox take on mining and construction sites’ challenging operating conditions. The powertrain is supported by heavy-duty, rugged and reliable aggregates so that the tipper can perform round the clock to get maximum productivity. The 395 mm clutch is a single dry plate type with hydraulic control. Likewise, the front suspension is parabolic type leaf spring with 2-hydraulic shock absorbers and the rear suspension is bogie type. The service brake is pneumatic foot operated in dual-line with ABS, and the parking brake is pneumatically operated hand control valve type.

The 2823C mostly work in mining or relatively challenging construction sites; thus, the maximum gradeability is 43.3%, the turning circle radius is 15.5m.
