About Royal Enfield Bullet 350
Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is a cruiser bike available at a starting price of Rs. 1,47,910 in India. It is available in 3 variants and 6 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 1,63,217. The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is powered by 346cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 19.1 bhp and a torque of 28 Nm. With front disc and rear drum brakes, Royal Enfield Bullet 350 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Bullet 350 bike weighs 191 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters.
Features
As far as the features are concerned, the Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is as barebones as it gets. An analogue instrument cluster only shows the speed and odometer readings. There is neither a trip readout nor a fuel gauge. Even the iconic ammeter is no longer present and its void is now utilised by an engine check lamp and a low fuel warning light. The motorcycle comes equipped with a single-channel ABS as standard. We would’ve liked if Royal Enfield had offered a dual-channel unit atleast in the Electric Start variant.
The Onyx Black and Bullet Silver variants of the standard model have a metal finish on the engine head and engine casing, while the fins are finished in black. It also gets a simple Royal Enfield sticker on the fuel tank instead of a 3D logo. On the other hand, all the colour variants of the Bullet 350 ES feature a completely blacked-out powertrain. The spoke wheels and side panels on both the bikes are now finished in black.
Engine
The Bullet 350 BS6 is powered by the same BS6-compliant 346cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine as the Classic 350 BS6. It pumps out 19.3PS and 28Nm, mated to a 5-speed transmission. But unlike the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, this UCE motor is not counterbalanced.
Suspension & Brakes
Suspension includes a 35mm telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers with a five-step adjustable preload. Braking duties are shared between a 280mm front disc with single-channel ABS and a 153mm drum at the rear. The motorcycle rides on 19-inch spoke wheels with tube tyres at both the ends.
Rivals
The Bullet 350 has no natural rivals; but in the same price point, some alternatives include the Yamaha MT 15, Apache RTR 200, Pulsar 220, Pulsar NS 200, Suzuki Gixxer SF, and the Royal Enfield Meteor 350.
