The Citroen C3 will be launched in India in on 20 July 2022.
The Citroen C3 in India will be offered with two three-cylinder petrol engines. The first is the Puretech 82 that produces 80bhp/115Nm while the more powerful option is the 109bhp/190Nm turbo petrol Puretech 110. They will be offered with a five-speed manual and a six-speed manual respectively. The Puretech 82 has a company certified mileage of 19.8kmpl while the Puretech 110 mileage is 19.4kmpl.
In terms of design, the Citroen C3 features the signature split headlamp design divided by a two-slat chrome grille and a secondary hexagonal-shaped grille. The dual-tone bumpers get faux brushed aluminium skid plates. Also on offer are contrasting orange accents on the front bumper, ORVMs, and side cladding. A few other notable elements will include dual-tone alloy wheels, wrap-around LED tail lights, and a conventional antenna.
Inside, the Citroen C3 will feature a dual-tone interior in two colour schemes- Anodized orange where you get orange over black or Anodized grey where you get grey over black. This being a French car you get lot of individual styling elements like the dimpled dashboard and vertical AC vents.
Feature-wise, the model will get a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument console, a flat-bottom steering wheel with steering-mounted controls and silver/orange accents on the dashboard.
The new Citroen C3 will be offered in four colours including Polar White, Platinum Grey, Steel Grey, and Zesty Orange. Customers would also be able to choose from dual-tone options, where the roof will get a Platinum Grey or Zesty Orange paintjob.
The Citroen C3 will have a seating capacity of five people.
The Citroen C3 will rival the Maruti Suzuki Ignis, Tata Punch, Maruti Swift and the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios.
