The new Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is expected to be launched sometime in 2022.
Performance & Features
Under the hood, the new S-Cross is expected to be powered by the same 1.5-litre K-Series petrol engine from the current-gen model that produces 103bhp and 138Nm of torque. The five-speed manual and the four-speed torque converter automatic transmissions are likely to be carried over too.
The new S-Cross that has been revealed for the international markets ditches the crossover-like facade and looks more macho and SUV-ish. It gets a new new large gloss black grille, LED headlamps, reprofiled bumpers with a new housing for the circular fog lamps and a silver skid plate.
Inside, the S-Cross continues with the black-themed dashboard housing a large floating 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Other features likely to be included are dual-zone climate control and a 360-degree camera.
