Harley-Davidson has announced a slew of models for the 2020 model year, and among them is a streetfighter that they’re choosing to call ‘Streetfighter’. It will displace a 975cc V-twin engine, and is based on a modular platform that will also be the base for the Custom 1250.
It is no doubt a looker, with the large, brutish fuel tank tapering to a slim tail section that leaves a lot of air underneath it. The concept did not have a rear numberplate mounted, so it will be interesting to see how Harley chooses to mount it. The bike seems much inspired by the Yamaha MT-01 in the Streetfighter 975’s design, and that is no bad thing.
